We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, labels, seals, and packaging intact.
Requests for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Certain items such as personal care products, health & hygiene items, cosmetics, and sale items are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene concerns.
For the protection of all customers, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used beauty, skincare, and personal care products.
Customized or special-order items.
Intimate apparel or undergarments.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if applicable).
Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back to our return address in secure packaging.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued in the following ways:
Original Payment Method: If eligible, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source.
Store Credit: Customers may choose store credit for future purchases.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged packaging, or missing parts).
After the return is approved and the product is received, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product (subject to availability). If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be provided.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted.
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

We will prioritize your case and arrange for a replacement or refund.
